Revision Policy:
Our revision policy is contingent on the package you choose. Customers can request unlimited free revisions, and we will revise their design without any extra charges, provided the design and concept remain unchanged. The Revision Turnaround Time is set at 48 hours.
Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee:
Once the initial design concepts are approved or changes are requested, you are eligible for a refund of upto 80% of the total amount. You are not eligible for a refund after project delivery. However, if Vertx™ cancels the contract for a reason other than a breach or non-performance on your part, a refund may be considered.
Refund Requests Fulfillment:
Refund requests are valid when made before the delivery of initial design concepts. The 100% refund offer becomes void once you approve or request changes in the initial designs.
The following refund percentages apply based on the timing of the refund request:
- Full refund for requests made before initial design delivery.
- Upto 80% refund for requests made after initial design delivery.
- You do not qualify for a refund if the project is at 80% completion.
Additional Refund Information:
- No refund requests are entertained if there is no action on the order for 30 days.
- Refunds are not issued for website packages after development or deployment.
- No refund requests are entertained for video animation packages after storyboard design.
- Refund requests for Vertx / Custom packages follow the same rules as single packages.
- A valid reason, qualified against the design brief and customer feedback, is required for refund requests.
- Refunds are not issued for changes of mind about a purchase.
The money-back-guarantee is based on good faith. Placing design orders with multiple agencies with the intention to claim a refund is not considered good faith. Vertx reserves the right to decline refund requests in such cases.
Vertx Responsibilities:
If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to participate actively for more than 30 days, Vertx may consider the project suspended and initiate necessary steps.
How to Claim Your Refund:
Contact Vertx via the number on the website, live chat, or email to claim a refund. Upon approval, design rights are transferred to Vertx, and the client cannot use any version of the design sent by the company.

Designs adhere to specifications in the order form, ensuring quality and uniqueness through thorough research.

Designs are revised until the client is 100% satisfied, depending on the package.
Domain and Hosting:
Free domain and hosting are provided with website packages. No refund is given for hosting, domain, or email server packages.
Delivery Policy:
Design files are delivered to My Account and notified via email. Policies regarding revision and refund are based on the date and time of delivery.
Record Maintenance:
Finalized design records are kept for future requests.
Customer Support:
24-Hour Customer Support is available for immediate assistance.
Communication Policy:
Vertx is not liable for correspondence from email addresses or toll-free numbers not under its domain. Use only designated channels for communication.
Access to Information:
Providing accurate information is essential for access to Vertx services. Credit card information may be kept on file for recurring services.

Prohibitions:
The Company assists with 3rd party integrations but does not engage in third-party dealings during development without a separate fee agreement
